These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.camtocam.app (the "Service"), operated by Camtocam.app ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Service. By creating an account or using any feature of the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to use this Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If we discover or have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate that account and delete any associated data without notice.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, including the cam-to-cam video chat, you must create a free account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information regarding your age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with any other person
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We offer discreet accounts — no real name is required. However, you must still comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
  • Record, capture, screenshot, or distribute any video chat session without the explicit consent of all participants
  • Engage in harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward other users
  • Transmit any content involving minors in any context
  • Solicit personal information (real name, address, financial details) from other users
  • Use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, trafficking, or distribution of illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit other users for commercial purposes

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Video Chat Service

The cam-to-cam video chat feature is provided through an embedded third-party service (Coomeet). By using the video chat, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Connections are 1-on-1 and private between the two participants
  • We do not monitor, record, or log video or audio content during sessions
  • You are solely responsible for the content you transmit via your camera and microphone
  • The third-party provider's own terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your use of the video chat feature

5. Free Trial and Paid Services

We offer a free premium trial (currently 5 minutes) to new users who create an account. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription or time purchase.

  • Pricing and available plans are displayed on the Service at the time of purchase
  • All payments are processed through third-party payment providers
  • Refund policies, if any, are provided at the point of purchase
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and plans at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, logos, graphics, and software associated with the Service are the property of Camtocam.app or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without written permission
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Create derivative works based on the Service

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. However, by using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service (for example, transmitting your video stream to your chat partner). This license terminates when your session ends.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • The conduct or content of other users will be appropriate or lawful

You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAMTOCAM.APP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camtocam.app and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Suspected underage use
  • Extended inactivity

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@camtocam.app.

13. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Camtocam.app is not a producer of visual content as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. The Service functions as a platform that facilitates live, peer-to-peer video communication between consenting adults. All users are required to be at least 18 years of age.

We do not produce, host, or store any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. All video streams are transmitted in real time between users and are not recorded or retained by us. Any content transmitted by users is their sole responsibility.

14. RTA Content Label

This website is labeled with the Restricted to Adults (RTA) content label to assist in the filtering of adult content by parental control software. We are committed to responsible labeling and the protection of minors.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the English language.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
